Cancellation and Refunds
Free cancellation
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your agreed appointment time and receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are not refunded, as the time and the therapist have been reserved for you.
If you do not arrive
Payments for appointments you do not attend are not refunded.
If we cannot offer a suitable time
If we cannot agree a time that works for you after your booking request, we refund your payment in full.
If we have to cancel
If we cancel for any reason, you choose between a full refund and a new appointment at a time that suits you.
How to cancel
Email info@alaaddinhamam.com or message us on WhatsApp at +90 532 459 53 10 with your booking reference. Your cancellation takes effect when we confirm it in writing.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are made to the card used for the payment. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Refunds are made in euro (EUR); if your card is in another currency, the amount you receive may differ slightly from the amount you paid because of exchange-rate movement, and any difference is set by your card issuer.
Partial refunds
Where only part of a booking is refunded — for example one guest of several — the refund is calculated on the price of that part.
